Last year, MSI launched its first-ever store in Malaysia in Plaza Low Yat; the Taiwanese company also opened a store in Johor around the same time. Today, MSI launched its third local store in Digital Mall Petaling Jaya, and it plans to open even more stores later this year.
This new MSI store in Petaling Jaya is also the first of its kind with the company’s new logo: the signature dragon emblem no longer has the “Gaming G Series” wording on top of it. Other than that, this new logo is also present on the company’s higher-end laptops, which include the GT and GS series. As for MSI’s other series of laptops, the old logo is retained.

While this new MSI store isn’t as big as the one in Plaza Low Yat, the store setup is actually pretty neat. One of the most noteworthy features of the store is a triple monitor setup running Rise of the Tomb Raider. The store also has a slew of other MSI laptops on display, naturally.
MSI’s third store in Malaysia is located in Digital Mall Petaling Jaya on the ground floor. Later this year, MSI is planning to open at least two more stores as well, one of which will be located in the vicinity of Plaza Low Yat; it’s set to be the company’s biggest store yet in Malaysia.
