Last November, Doogee has announced a smartphone called Shoot 1 which features a dual rear camera setup. Soon, the new phone will be made available in Malaysia as well given the recent update on Doogee Malaysia’s Facebook page.
Equipped with a 5.5-inch full HD (1920 x 1080) display from Sharp, Shoot 1’s dual rear camera setup is a combination of 13-megapixels Samsung S5K3L8 sensor that acts as the main camera while the accompanying 8-megapixels helps capture depth information. These sensors are paired with f/2.2 and f/2.4 lenses respectively.
Through the setup, users refocus their images freely while the sensor from Samsung also provides Shoot 1’s main camera with PDAF capability. At the same time, Doogee has also implemented dual LED flash to accompany the dual rear camera on Shoot 1 and there is also an 8-megapixels camera on the front side of the phone.
In terms of processing power, the Shoot 1 relies on a 1.5GHz MediaTek MTK6737T quad-core processor as well as 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage. Alongside a fingerprint reader, the phone also comes with 3,300mAh battery with support for 5V/2A fast charge.
Meanwhile, Doogee Malaysia has stated that the smartphone is priced at RM 699 and is now available for pre-order but somehow didn’t announce any specific method or store for users to do so. Hence, you might want to check out the nearest Doogee dealer for further details.
