Samsung is adding two more devices to its Galaxy lineup after announcing the 2017 Galaxy A series of smartphones last week. These smartphones aren’t exactly new, just different variants of its current existing models.
First, the popular Galaxy Note 5 will now be available with 64GB of onboard storage. Apart from the memory upgrade, the new variant of the Galaxy Note 5 retains its specifications from the 32GB model – Exynos 7420, 4GB RAM, 16MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, and 3,000mAh battery.
Samsung had earlier released the Pink Gold and Coral Blue versions of the Galaxy S7 edge; and now the Black Pearl edition with a larger 128GB storage is finally here. Specifications on the 128GB Black Pearl variant will also remain the same as other S7 edge models, sporting an Exynos 8890, 4GB RAM, dual-pixel 12MP rear camera + 5MP front camera, and 3,600mAh battery.
The 64GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will be priced at RM2,399, while the 128GB Black Pearl variant of the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge will have a price tag of RM3,399. Both models will be available starting from the 12th of January 2017.
