Naughty Dog’s highly anticipated PlayStation 4 game, Uncharted 4, is set to be released on 10 May 2016. Of course, as fans of the franchise would probably be aware of, there are limited edition accessories, special physical copies of the game, as well as a custom PS4 console that will be released alongside the game. If you’re still on the fence about getting any of these products, we got a good, close look at them to help you decide.

First up is the limited edition Uncharted 4 PS4 console. Unlike other PS4 consoles that have been released so far, this particular model is in Grey Blue. Other than the prominent silk-screened image of Nathan Drake – the protagonist of the franchise – on the front of the console, the saying “sic parvis magna” is also featured here – it’s a Latin phrase that translates to “greatness from small beginnings,” which is engraved on Drake’s ring. Aside from that, this console also has a matte finish, which is similar to the newest PS4 revision; after all, this 500GB PS4 is based on that model, which is said to be quieter and more power-efficient than the first edition of the console.

Other than that, there is also a matching DualShock 4 controller that comes bundled with the console; it can also be purchased separately for RM209 once it is available. Based on the controller on display, it appears to be a regular DualShock 4 in Grey Blue. There is also a limited edition Gold Wireless Headset – with a similar colour scheme – that features the same “sic parvis magna” phrase on one side of the headset; it retails at RM529.

Moving on, all three different physical editions of Uncharted 4 were also showcased. These include the Standard Edition, the Special Edition, and of course, the Libertalia Collector’s Edition – the latter two editions come with a Steelbook case along with a 48-page hardcover artbook from Dark Horse Comics. One of the most noteworthy items on display was definitely the 12-inch Nathan Drake statue made by Gentle Giant. Naturally, this neat little figure will be included in the Libertalia Collector’s Edition.

Uncharted 4 is set to be released on the 10th of May 2016. The limited edition PS4 bundle will also be available on the same date for RM1,899, and it comes with a slew of goodies such as a 12-month PlayStation Plus subscription, a one-year extended warranty, and of course, the game itself.
