Available to consumers starting this month, Sony Malaysia has unveiled one of the latest addition to its Bravia LED TV series line-up for 2016 in the form of W650D series. Being Internet TVs, they are equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection that allow users to enjoy continues contents from the Internet with the help of connected TV apps.
These apps can be downloaded through Opera TV Store although the W650D series TVs apparently come with several pre-installed apps such as YouTube, Netflix, and (naturally) Opera Web Browser. In addition to that, it also comes with Photo Sharing Plus feature which allows users to share photos and video on the TV from up to 10 devices.
In addition to their slim and sleek design, the W650D series TVs also come with Sony’s own X-Reality Pro engine which helps upscale lower resolution images to full HD while refining their quality at the same time. These TVs also features Clear Phase technology on their speakers which help them deliver smoother and balanced output.
Alongside the integrated cable management routing located on its back, the W650D series TVs also comes with X-Protection Pro which is a set of physical and electrical implementations that protect these TVs against dust, lightning, electrical surges, and humidity. As for their pricings, customers are able to obtain the new W650D series TVs in two different sizes – 40-inch KDL-40W650D and 48-inch KDL-48W650D – at RM 1,699 and RM 2,499 respectively.
