AMD and Nvidia is said to be offering triple-A games with selected graphics cards sometime this month. AMD will be offering the upcoming Hitman game, while Nvidia will instead be including Tom Clancy’s The Division with its graphics cards. It’s worth mentioning that both offers will only be eligible for a limited time only.
According to VideoCardz, Nvidia will be bundling Tom Clancy’s The Division with selected graphics cards, namely the GTX 970, GTX 980 and GTX 980 Ti, GTX 970M as well as the GTX 980M. Interestingly, the starting date of this promotion hasn’t officially been announced by Nvidia yet. However, knowing the fact that The Division will be running an open beta starting 19th February, one may assume that Nvidia’s offer will start sometime this week.
Meanwhile, AMD is rumoured to be offering the upcoming Hitman game with selected graphics cards. AMD graphics cards bundled with the game will include all Radeon R9 390 series GPUs. WCCFtech mentioned that the offer is expected to run from the 16th of February till the 30th of March this year, although one should take this with a pinch of salt since AMD hasn’t officially announced the offer yet.
Regardless, both offers will only be available in selected regions and through selected retailers, so it’s best that one consults his or her retailer about the offer first before buying the aforementioned graphics cards.
