Origin is currently offering Need For Speed: Most Wanted (2012) for free through its “On The House” program. Yes, the full game is available free of charge and can be kept for an unlimited amount of time. However, Origin did not mention when the offer will end so one’s best bet is to get on Origin as soon as possible to claim the game.
EA first introduced the On The House program back in 2014 to provide Origin users with a selection of games that can be downloaded for free, albeit for a short while. Prior to Need For Speed: Most Wanted (2012), other notable games that were included in the program are: Dead Space, Dragon Age: Origins, Syndicate and SimCity 2000. In addition to that, not only are Origin users getting the games for free, expansion packs and other DLCs are often included as well.
On a side note, Need For Speed: Most Wanted (2012) wanted is a reboot of the already popular racing game that bears the same name and was first released in 2005. Interestingly, this game was the last game solely developed by Criterion Games. Overall reception towards the open world racing games has been very positive due to the fact that gamers claim the game to be a better reflection of the older version.
