After launching two models in 2014 and 2015, Vertu and Bentley Motors today have launched yet another new device as part of their five-years partnership. However, this particular release is not a brand product though but instead, it is based on the New Signature Touch smartphone that Vertu has launched few months ago.
What made the New Signature Touch for Bentley slightly different from the standard variant is that it comes with “dual-tone Beluga and Hotspur Bentley leather with Hotspur stitching” housing and a 3D Bentley logo. If that’s not enough, customers are free to personalized their New Signature Touch for Bentley with different leather colors and stitching options.
Comes with a 5.2-inch full HD display covered by sapphire crystal, the device also features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal memory, and Dolby Digital Plus-enhanced stereo speakers. For photography purposes, the smartphone relies on its 21-megapixels PDAF camera on its rear, and a 2.1-megapixels front camera.
The Android 5.1 smartphone is also built with a 3,160 mAh battery that gives it up to 21 hours of talk time and 520 hours of standby time. Of course, Vertu’s signature services such as Concierge, Life, and Certainty will be provided to the owners of the New Signature Touch for Bentley as well.
Vertu and Bentley didn’t reveal the price of the smartphone though but since the starting price of a standard New Signature Touch already costs SGD 14,500 (about RM 44,436), we pretty sure the price tag for the Bentley version is pretty high…just like Bentley cars themselves.
