MSI has just launched its first-ever physical store in Malaysia. Located on the second floor of Plaza Low Yat, the store features a plethora of the company’s laptops in addition to several peripherals by its partner, SteelSeries. Interestingly, this is only the first of many more MSI stores to come in Malaysia.
In terms of setup, MSI’s first ever store in Malaysia is rather impressive. While the store prominently features the company’s range of laptops, the outlet also has a triple monitor setup running a racing game; it seems like just about any customer can give the game a try.
In the future, MSI Malaysia will be opening as many as five more stores throughout Kuala Lumpur. In addition to that, these upcoming stores will feature more than just laptops; the Taiwanese company aims to showcase other products in these stores as well, much like how MSI stores are in Taiwan.
We were also told by MSI Malaysia that the MSI GT72S Tobii gaming laptop – with eye tracking technology – and the very powerful MSI Vortex will be arriving in Malaysia in the second quarter of 2016. Needless to say, MSI is focusing quite a bit on Malaysian consumers, which can only be a good thing for gamers here.
