Even though the company has just introduced Xpax Turbo in September, Celcom has decided to refresh its Xpax plan once again. This around, the changes revolve around Xpax’s Internet plan whereby the data quota has now been merged into one.
In other words, the new Xpax plan no longer separates the data quota into Internet, Facebook, and YouTube. Instead, all Internet applications will be subjected to a single quota regardless of whether on 3G or 4G network. That being said, customers will continue to have unlimited access to Yonder Music.
So, this is how the new Xpax Internet plan looks like:
At the same time, Celcom has also unveiled new add-on plans for the refreshed Xpax. For a nominal fee, customers can choose to have whether unlimited calls, late night Internet (a.k.a the famed Internet Burung Hantu), or YouTube. Price-wise, the 24 hours pass will costs user RM 1 while the 7 day pass is priced at RM 7.
This chart should explain the add-on plan better:
Not to forget, Celcom is also providing free 10GB of basic Internet (that’s 64kbps) in addition to another 10GB for Facebook (at maximum 4G speed) exclusively to the new Xpax plan every month as long as customers remained active. The starter pack with the new Xpax plan is available from today onwards for RM 10 and carries pre-loaded credit of RM 6.
