Jimmy “Demon” Ho, Marc Polo “Raven” Fausto, and Nico “eyyou” Barcelon have parted ways with Fnatic after a string of poor results. The team failed to qualify for the upcoming Boston Major tournament, which looks to have been the straw that broke the camel’s back.
In an official statement, Demon mentioned that change was inevitable with their results and plans didn’t work out as intended. Demon will be moving back to the USA in the meantime and is currently looking for a team to join.
Raven will be returning to TNC; a team that he only recently left to join Fnatic. TNC had similarly released two of its players (Cast and Teehee) from its roster. Reports indicate that Raven will be replacing current team member “Ryo” in the Carry role.
Fnatic is still lead by team captain Mushi, with long time compatriot Ohaiyo as his second. The team is actively seeking players to fill up the three remaining slots before its next appearance at next year’s ESL One Genting 2017.
