After releasing Inspiron 15 5000 and Vostro 14 5000 laptops with the new 7th generation Intel Core processors earlier this month, Dell Malaysia continues its Kaby Lake laptops roll out by added three new Inspiron models powered by the new family of processors. These models include the Inspiron 11 3000 (shown above) and Inspiron 13 5000 series.
Powered by the Intel Core m3-7Y30 processor, the Inspiron 11 3000 series is a convertible laptop that can be utilized in four different positions with the help of its 360-degrees hinges. For this particular model which costs RM 2,099, it comes with only configurations: an 11.6-inch 1366 x 768 touch display, 4GB DDR3L RAM, 500GB 5400rpm hard drive, and 32 Whr 2-cell battery.
Meanwhile, Dell has also added the Inspiron 13 5000 laptop which also has the same convertible 360-degrees design as per Inspiron 11 3000 although it does carry a bigger and more premium 13.3-inch full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS display. Additionally, users have the option to equip it with either Core i5-7200U or Core i7-7500U processor.
Additionally, they also able to include up to 8GB RAM together with a 42 Whr 3-cell battery into the laptop. Storage-wise, somehow only the Core i5 model can be obtained with 128GB solid state drive while the Core i7 model only features 1TB 5400rpm hard drive. The Inspiron 13 5000 2-in-1 laptop is now available from Dell Malaysia with a starting price of RM 2,999.
