Local on-demand Internet TV service, iflix has recently announced that Digi prepaid customers are now able to enjoy 3 months’ worth of access to its service. While this offer is not extensive as the free 1-year access for Digi postpaid customers which has just expired, the timing of this new offer is still quite appropriate given how the telco has just launched the new Digi Prepaid Live plan that comes with data allocations that are meant for video streaming.
However, there are a number of matters that subscribers need to take note before accepting this offer though. For example, they have until 20 September to redeem the free 3-months access through iflix’s official website while being connected to Digi’s network.
Additionally, their free iflix subscription will be turned into paid subscription once the 3-months period is over. That being said, Digi will send a SMS to remind users regarding the expiry of their free iflix access.
This should give users some buffer time to consider whether to cancel their iflix subscription or else although if they decide to continue enjoying the service, there is no additional steps need to be taken anyway as the monthly fee will be automatically deducted from their Digi prepaid credit.
Alternatively, they can also choose to pay the annual fee instead using the same method as well. As for non-prepaid Digi subscribers, they are also able to enjoy free access to iflix although it is limited to two months.
