Proven to be one of the U Mobile‘s main attraction, Video-Onz allows users on selected postpaid plans to enjoy contents from selected video streaming partners without affecting their data quota. Just slightly one month after announcing the addition of several new partners into the feature, the telco today revealed yet another set of new platform that can be enjoyed through Video-Onz.
Interestingly, one of the new partners is the global video streaming giant Netflix which was officially made available to Malaysians eight months ago. Together with Facebook Live and Twitter Video, the total amount of Video-Onz partners that U Mobile now has in its list have grown to 21.
For postpaid customers, the Video-Onz feature is currently available as unlimited quota for Hero P98, i130, Ultimate Device 135, and MB128 plans. Subscribers for other postpaid plans still able to enjoy Video-Onz as well although they are bound to certain data limit but nevertheless, this particular allocation are separated from their main data quota.
As an example, U28, P50, and P70 customers receive 3GB, 5GB, and 7GB respectively for their Video-Onz feature. This also applies to customers that added Unlimited Mobile Internet (UMI) into their prepaid plans, who able to receive up to 4GB Video-Onz depending on their UMI selection.
