Logitech, famous for producing gaming mice of impeccable quality, is at it again with its most recent gaming mouse called the G Pro Gaming. At first glance, the gaming mouse seem to have incorporated certain design cues from the older Logitech G303 mouse. Likewise, the G Pro Gaming mouse is an ambidextrous gaming mouse and it’s aimed primarily at FPS gamers.
The improvements done with the Logitech G Pro Gaming mouse is its sensor: PMW3366. Logitech claims that the new sensor allows the gaming mouse to be able to achieve exceptional levels of precision that professional gamers look for. Besides that, the sensor is also capable of DPI settings of 200DPI up to 12,000DPI.
Like Logitech’s older G303 gaming mouse, the G Pro Gaming is also fitted with a metal spring button tensioning system, which is said to reduce the amount of force needed to register a “click”. Speaking of which, the both the left and right main button on the G Pro Gaming mouse are rated for 20 million clicks – according to Logitech, this is equivalent to a pro gamer practicing 10 hours a day for 20 years.
Another impressive feature of the Logitech G Pro Gaming mouse would be its weight: 129 grams (with cable); which is about 4 grams lighter compare to the Razer Mamba Tournament Edition gaming mouse (133 grams). The Logitech G Pro Gaming mouse is expected to be released by the end of this month with a price tag of US$69.99 (about RM280). More information regarding this gaming mouse can be found here.
