While we already seen how this particular phone looks like and the existence of 16-megapixels sensor inside its front camera, the full details behind OPPO F1s were only revealed yesterday as the Chinese phone maker has officially launched the new smartphone. In general, what we are looking at here is essentially a selfie-oriented mid-range device.
Powered by a 1.5GHz MediaTek MT6750 octa-core processor, the F1s is also equipped with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. Pre-installed with ColorOS 3.0 UI on top of its Android 5.1 operating system, the LTE-smartphone also carries a card slot that able to support two nano SIM cards and a micro SD card (up to 128GB in capacity) at the same time.
Additionally, the F1s also features a 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720) IPS display that is protected by Gorilla Glass 4. Not to forget, the F1s also comes with a fingerprint reader that is integrated into its home button.
Alongside its 1/3.1” 16-megapixels sensor and f/2.0 lens on its front camera, OPPO has also included a 1/3.06” 13-megapixels sensor and f/2.2 lens for F1s rear camera. Rounding up the general specification of the 160 grams smartphone is a non-removable 3,075 mAh battery.
As expected, OPPO has yet reveal any pricing information for the new F1s in Malaysia. That being said though, we do expect it to be announced at the F1s official Malaysian launch event which has been scheduled to take place on 10 August.
