TGV Cinemas has opened ticket sales for the screening of the final day of the Dota 2 Manila Major Tournament. Following the Frankfurt and Shanghai Major, this is the third instalment of Dota 2 tournaments organised by Valve; the next one being this year’s The Internationals, also known as TI6.
The Manila Major screening in TGV Cinemas will take place on the 12th of June, starting from 10am to 12 midnight. Each ticket costs RM35 and it comes with a bottle of mineral water. Do take note that a RM1 online booking fee is applicable.
TGV Cinemas will only be holding the screening in four cinema halls across the country, namely One Utama and Sunway Pyramid in Petaling Jaya, 1st Avenue in Penang, as well as Tebrau in Johor Bahru. That being said, it seems the screening in One Utama shopping mall is already sold out.
Things are heating up as teams from all over the world compete in the Mall of Asia Arena in the Philippines. The Manila Major main event begins today with Team Liquid, MVP Phoenix, Natus Vincere, Team OG, Newbee, Digital Chaos, LGD Gaming, and Team Fnatic, all fighting for their share of the USD$3 million prize pool.
