Keeping up with the “LED everywhere” trend, Adata has showcased it’s LED-lit DDR4 RAM called the XPG Dazzle. Adata mentioned that the XPG Dazzle RAM is aimed that PC gamers and enthusiasts who love to show off their machines, or to simply colour code them according to their PC builds.
Aesthetically, the Adata XPG Dazzle RAM features a matte black design that is complemented further with red accents surrounding the front of the RAM module. The red-colored red LED strip that runs along the top of the RAM’s heat spreaders adds an almost aggressive touch that screams for attention. So, if owning a rig filled with expensive parts isn’t enough to impress, then getting the LED-lit XPG Dazzle RAM should do it.
Jokes aside, the XPG Dazzle RAM does pack quite a punch in terms of the frequency speeds it can achieve. Adata’s XPG Dazzle DDR4 RAM is said to have an operating frequency of 3200MHz. According to Adata, when overclocked, the XPG Dazzle was able to reach frequencies of nearly 4400MHz, whilst being air cooled.
When made available, the Adata XPG Dazzle DDR4 RAM will come capacities of 8GB and 16GB. Unfortunately, like most of the products showcased here in Computex 2016, questions about pricing is usually greeted with a swift “we don’t have that information yet” answer; the same goes for date of availability too. Regardless, more information regarding the XPG Dazzle DDR4 RAM can be found here.
