Developers over at AIDA64 have managed to list out all of Nvidia’s upcoming Pascal GPU variants – including several unreleased Maxwell GPUs as well. According to AIDA64, there will be four new Pascal GPU variants, namely the GP102, GP106, GP107, and GP108. Nvidia has already announced the Pascal GP104 GPU variant with the GTX 1080 and GTX 1070 during its event a few weeks ago.
Interestingly, based on AIDA64’s findings, there seem to be plenty of graphics cards under one specific Pascal GPU. Take for example the Pascal GP102 GPU, which is said to be used by 11 graphics cards – including the GTX 1080 Ti and the GTX Titan X successor. Other Pascal GPU variants follow the same trend as well with multiple graphics cards under them.
That said, it must also be noted that not all Pascal-based graphics cards listed by AIDA64 will be consumer-oriented. According to its developers, aside from GeForce cards, the list also contains graphics cards from Nvidia’s Quadro, Tesla, and GRID lineup; hence the extensive list. In addition, AIDA64 has also listed several unreleased Maxwell GPUs that Nvidia may be trying to push out some time this year, which could probably be for the low-end mobile segment.
Knowing this, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Nvidia announcing more than just two graphics cards this year. Regardless, the full Pascal GPU variants list can be found here.
