If you’ve ever owned a feature phone in the past, chances are you know of the Motorola Razr. It was the phone that almost everyone wants; it’s thin, it looks sleek, and most of all, it’s a flip phone – a category of phone that is dying out today.
Well, Lenovo has released a particularly interesting – and very nostalgic – teaser focusing on the Razr phone. In light of this, we can’t help but to wonder if Lenovo is planning to revive one of the most iconic feature phones of the past.

Based on the teaser, more information should be revealed on 9 June, which is when the new Moto Z lineup of flagship devices is expected to be launched as well. While the new Moto G devices did not break any new ground, perhaps Lenovo is saving the best for last with the upcoming Moto Z; it wouldn’t be far-fetched to expect some Razr-related news as well.
The 9th of June is also when Lenovo Tech World 2016 is set to take place, and it seems to be packed with a lot of interesting product launches. The question is: will Lenovo unveil a new Razr phone that stays true to its roots? Or will it be a smartphone inspired by the Razr branding?
