Xiaomi has unveiled a lineup of accessories alongside the Mi Max. This includes the iHealth Box which is a health-based device and a 10,000 mAh battery that has been introduced previously.
The Xiaomi iHealth Box is touted as the company’s latest health-focused product offering; it will measure biometric data like the heart rate and blood pressure, display it on the 4.3-inch display and even send it to your phone via Wi-Fi. The device is also capable of storing up to 2,000 points of health data and has a voice assistant feature. It will come with a price tag of 399 Yuan (about RM 250).
The upcoming Mi Band 2 was also shown off briefly on stage by CEO Lei Jun, but other than that nothing new was said about the device. We already knew that it will sport a LCD display; with a recent leak suggesting that it will come with a silicone band and will sport a heart rate sensor on the back. The launch date was not mentioned, but the CEO has said that the Mi Band 2 will be delayed by a month due to production issues.
