Celcom has announced that it now has bundles for the new 4-inch Apple iPhone SE. The device will be bundled with three different plans – First Blue, First Gold, and First Platinum; and customers will be able to purchase the device from as low as RM578, with a contract period as low as six months.
Those who are getting the iPhone SE under the First Blue plan, will be paying RM45 for 4GB of data (2GB standard + 2GB weekend), with 50 minutes of calls to all networks and 50 SMS. You will be required to pay an advance fee of RM45 (rebated in the first month), and will be tied to a 12-month contract. The device itself will be priced at RM1,665 and RM2,090 for the 16GB model and 64GB model respectively.
The monthly commitment for First Gold is RM80/month for 10GB of data (5GB standard + 5GB weekend) with unlimited calls and text. A 12-month contract also applies, but the advance payment is a little higher at RM150 (rebated over 10 months). Bundled with First Gold, the 16GB iPhone SE will be priced at RM1,548 while the 64GB model will be sold for RM1,968.
Subscribers are required to pay RM150/month for the First Platinum plan, where they will be getting 18GB data (9GB standard + 9GB weekend) with unlimited calls and texts. Customers can opt for either a 6-month contract, or a 24-month contract.
Under the First Platinum 6-month contract, an advance payment of RM150 will be applicable (rebated on the first month), where the device price will be RM1,665 for the 16GB iPhone SE and RM2,090 for the 64GB model. On a 24-month contract, customers will need to pay an upfront payment of RM1,100 (rebated over 10 months). The device will then be priced at RM578 and RM998 for the 16GB and 64GB models respectively.
