At its launch event here in DiGi’s headquarters just moments ago, the telco has officially unveiled its new Internet Sharing feature for its postpaid customers. Available for up to six supplementary lines, the new Internet Sharing feature can be activated by the principal line holders for an additional fee of RM 10 per month and the shareable data will come from the quota of the principal line holders.
Through MyDiGi Android and iOS apps as well as its web equivalent, principal line holders able to check the balance of their data as well as edit data allocations for each of their supplementary lines. They also able to add more data into the pool and all these are done in real time.
However, there is one catch though: the principle line holders not able to carry forward their leftovers data to the following month once they activated the Internet Sharing feature. Supplementary lines still able to carry forward their data though but within the limits of their own account; not from the additional data supplied by principal line holders through the Internet Sharing feature.
Apart from standard postpaid plans as their supplementary lines, DiGi Postpaid customers are also able to add data-only postpaid line for gadgets into their Internet Sharing pool for RM 10 per month.
