Rumour has it that AMD is looking to bundle its newly introduced Wraith CPU cooler with more processors. Currently, the Wraith cooler is only available with selected AMD processors, namely the FX-8360 and A10-780K APU – it’s fastest Godvari A-series APU to date. Sources are saying that AMD might be planning to add its new coolers with other AM3+ processors as well.
If this rumour turns out to be true, it could mean that AMD’s FX-8350 and FX-6350 processors may be coming with the Wraith cooler as well. The Wraith CPU cooler was first introduced back in CES 2016, and has since been met with a slew of good reviews.
AMD went all out in redesigning its stock CPU cooler to be quieter and more efficient – even besting several third party coolers as well. Not only that, the full black Wraith cooler is also aesthetically pleasing. Aside from AM3+ CPUs, there is also a strong possibility that AMD will be bundling the Wraith cooler with its upcoming Zen CPUs as well.
Despite this, AMD has not mentioned anything official as of yet. We do, however, expect them to be releasing an announcement regarding this matter soon enough. More information regarding the Wraith cooler can be found here.
