For those of you who have been looking to see what Maxis has got to offer to counter all the negativities the telco’s been receiving over the past week, here it is. The telco just announced that its existing MaxisONE plan subscribers will be receiving much more data than before.
Maxis is maintaining the same plans – MaxisONE 98/128/158/188 that comes with unlimited calls and SMS, but as mentioned in its statement earlier, there are now a lot more data – up to 9GB more than before.
Existing MaxisONE plan subscribers will automatically be updated “really soon”. The upgrade is a permanent enhancement, so you can enjoy all these data for as long as you are subscribed to the plans.
That’s not all, Maxis says that “up until you receive the additional data, you’ll be given 3GB FREE from 14 April onwards to tide you over to your next bill”.
This upgrade is also applicable to enterprise MaxisONE Business plan subscribers. Any new MaxisONE Plan customers from today onwards will also automatically get the upgrade before the end of the month.
