Xiaomi has always engaged its fans through various meetups and experiential events, and now, it is inviting audiophiles to try out its latest audio product: the Mi In-ear Headphones Pro. As these earphones feature the combination of one dynamic and two balanced-armature drivers, it could be a product audiophiles find interesting.
In order to be eligible, interested individuals will have to fill up a form here. Once that is done, Xiaomi will select an unspecified number of participants for the event based on the answers provided. Interestingly enough, invited fans will receive a free pair of Mi In-ear Headphones Pro, although they’d have to write a review on MIUI forum before the 9th of December 2015 to keep the headphones.
Although Xiaomi is holding an experiential event for the brand new in-ear headphones, this product won’t necessarily be launched here. As Xiaomi wrote, “such initiative is not a confirmation of a launch for selected Mi product in Malaysia.” It is merely an opportunity for the company’s fans in Malaysia to experience or review its products as soon as they are launched in China.
Registration for the Xiaomi Mi In-ear Headphones Pro experiential event will start from now until 12PM on 3 December 2015. If you happen to be selected, do bring along your “own professional audio device to better experience the Mi In-ear Headphones Pro,” as Xiaomi put it. The event will take place at 2PM on 6 December.
