Razer has announced its latest gaming mouse – the Razer Naga Chroma. Judging from the name, it’s a refresh of the original wired Razer Naga mouse that now comes with Chroma RGB lighting capabilities. However, fancy lighting is not the only upgrade the Razer Naga is getting.

The Razer Naga now comes with the company’s very own Chroma RGB lighting system. Previously, the Razer Naga had only one colour scheme which is the Razer green, while the Classic edition uses a blue colour scheme instead. Having 16.8 million colours to choose from, gamers fully customise the way their Naga would look – be it static, spectrum cycling, breathing or even reactive.

The Razer Naga was originally a wired gaming mouse that had an 8,200 DPI 4G laser sensor. Now, the company has decided to fit the mouse with a new 16,000 DPI 5G sensor. This allows for the mouse to have zero interpolation, which is best for high resolution multi-display setups.

Other than the mouse sensor and lighting system, everything else about the Razer Naga Chroma is the same as the original Razer Naga mouse. It still offers the same 12 mechanical thumb grid buttons on the side, with tilt-click scroll wheel and ultrapolling up to 1,000Hz.
