UPDATE (443PM): Apple has revealed the Malaysian price for iPad Pro, Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard. More details below.
Malaysia is usually not on Apple’s radar when it comes to the company’s list of initial launch countries for its products but somehow, it decided to make an exception for the new iPad Pro. Together with 39 other countries throughout the world including Apple’s home market United States, the 12.9-inch iOS tablet will be made available at the company’s online store for these countries starting today.
Furthermore, Apple Authorized Resellers will also be receiving their stocks later this week. Before you get excited though, the official pricing of iPad Pro for Malaysia has yet to be revealed and Apple Malaysia’s online store has yet to start accepting orders from customers at the time this article was published.
If you need a rough comparison, do consider the tablet’s US price which starts at USD 799 (around RM 3,496) for 32GB Wi-Fi model before going further to USD 949 (around RM 4,152) for 128GB Wi-Fi model and USD 1,079 (RM 4,722) for 128GB 4G LTE variant. Same goes for Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard for iPad Pro which are priced in US for USD 99 (RM 434) and USD 169 (RM 740) respectively.
Fret not, we’ll keep you posted once the Malaysian pricing for iPad Pro is revealed by Apple. So, stay tuned.
