Batman Arkham Knight is easily one of the worst games of 2015, at least for PC gamers. The title has dealt with not one, but two bug riddled launches. Its publisher, Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment, appears to be acknowledging this mess and is offering Steam refunds for the game; no matter how much time has been put into it.
The announcement was made through the Batman Arkham Knight Steam Community page on Sunday, with WB saying that it would be accepting refunds for the game until the end of 2015. The statement also apologised for the state of the game, which many players have found to be completely unplayable.
Arkham Knight was relaunched on the PC last week after the game was pulled for performance issues. Unfortunately, the relaunch failed to fix many of the problems that had initially plagued the game; this included frame rates that dropped into single digits.
That being said, WB is not ready to abandon the game. It has promised to continue addressing issues that can be fixed; although it has said that there may be problems that cannot be fixed.
