We have seen several Pokemon games completed by thousands of people trying to play at the same time on Twitch, but this man’s achievement is something else entirely. After 103 hours of gameplay, the guy has managed to beat The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time blindfolded. As impossible as it sounds, it has been accomplished.
The individual in question is YouTuber Runnerguy2489, which has successfully completed the game only recently. Not only did he beat the game, he finished every single mini-game and item that can be found in the Ocarina of Time. Considering how these were all done without the aid of his eyes, it’s quite an accomplishment.
In order to finish the game while blindfolded, Runnerguy2489 had to rely on his memory and listening skills, among other things. As a semi-regular streamer on Twitch, he also helped blind people to play and beat the game. Needless to say, he’s really dedicated to the game.
If you’d like to learn more about his run, you can do so here. Reddit user lonniganseaweed has documented the playthrough well along with several data to show Runnerguy2489’s achievement.
