Despite releasing plenty of new devices into our market for the past few months, OPPO seems to have no intention of stopping anytime soon. Earlier today, the company has confirmed that it will be releasing yet another smartphone into Malaysia tomorrow in form of Joy 3 which is designed for entry-level market.
Originally announced in June this year, the OPPO Joy 3 features a metallic, plastic rear cover, and a 4.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 854 x 480. Powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6582 quad-core processors, the smartphone also comes with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage with support for microSD card.
Pre-installed with ColorOS 2.0 on top of its Android 4.4 operating system, Joy 3 comes standard with a 5-megapixels camera that is supplemented with a soft light flash and OPPO’s own Pure Image 2.0+ imaging enhancements. There is also another 2-megapixels camera on its front.
Last but not least, the 135 grams’ smartphones is also equipped with a 2000mAh battery. All in all, what you looking here is certainly an entry-level smartphone but nevertheless, it does feature more capable components as compared to its predecessors – the original Joy and Joy Plus. The Joy 3’s pricing is not far off from them though at RM 468 and will be made available in Malaysia starting from tomorrow onwards.
