Other than launching its latest flagship smartphone in London, honor has also announced the arrival of the honor Zero in Europe. Not much is known about the smartwatch yet, but it will be available in the region in the fourth quarter of 2015.
While honor did not elaborate much on the smartwatch’s functionalities, there are a few notable features that were revealed. These include three days of battery life, an IP68 rating (which means it can be submerged underwater up to 10 meter), and the ability to alert users of incoming calls. It’s also capable of monitoring its users’ steps and sleep quality.
While this smartwatch is called the honor Zero in China, it will have a different name globally. The best part is, honor fans globally will be able to give it a name. A contest is currently ongoing on Honor’s Facebook page, and the winner will receive every honor product released until 2020; that’s five years worth of products to be won.
The honor Zero will be priced at 59 GBP (about RM380) or 79 euro (approximately RM375) once it is available. According to honor, the smartwatch could be making its way to Malaysia as well, but no tentative date has been given yet.
