Sony recently posted a teaser for its IFA 2015 event, which will be happening on 2 September 2015. The teaser image doesn’t unveil much, but it is believed that the company will finally launch the Sony Xperia Z5 and Z5 Compact that we’ve been reading about.
Sony has always been focused on the camera of its smartphones, and it looks like the upcoming one will be the same. The caption of the teaser image posted by Sony Xperia Great Britain account says, “get ready for a smartphone with greater focus. All will become clear on 02.09.2015”.

While the company did not mention what exactly will they unveil, it is believed that it could be the 5.5” Xperia Z5 and its smaller sibling, the 4.7” Xperia Z5 Compact. Judging from the teaser post, the upcoming devices (the phone on the image should be the Xperia Z5 Compact), Sony could most likely use the same, if not an improved version of the, new 0.25-second Hybrid Autofocus that was first introduced on the Xperia M5.
Are you excited to see what Sony has got to offer?
