We all know that the Samsung Galaxy note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ will be coming to Malaysia, and it looks like it might be just around the corner. Celcom has started teasing both devices, listing them as “Coming Soon” on its website.
When the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ were first announced, Samsung confirmed that both devices will be reaching Malaysia by late August or latest, by the first week of September. For those who do not wish to pay the full price of the devices (the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is retailing at SG$1,088 in Singapore, that’s about RM3,252), it looks like you will be able to purchase it with a contract with Celcom and get the device at a subsidised price.
Of course, Celcom shouldn’t be the only telco offering the two latest flagship phablets from the Korean company. Like previous years, Samsung should be launching the Galaxy Note 5 and S6 edge+ with the other major local telcos too like Maxis, Digi and U Mobile. Let’s hope that Maxis will offer the devices with its newly launched Zerolution.
Meanwhile, check out our hands on post for the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ to find out more about both phones.
