Opened in 1996, Kuala Lumpur Tower is currently the seventh tallest telecommunication tower in the world which also contains an observation deck – the second highest publicly accessible viewpoint in Kuala Lumpur after the one in Petronas Twin Towers. If viewing the city from the deck might induce vertigo to some of us, imagine how it would feel like to climb further up to the tower’s antenna.
Well, imagine no more: the selfie above showed exactly how Kuala Lumpur looks like from the tip of KL Tower’s antenna, at the height of 421 meters from the ground.
If a still photo is not enough for your enjoyment, the crew recorded a video at the same spot as well:
More eye candy for our fans. KL Tower tip at 515m. May 2015.

As you can see from their uniform and safety harness, the individuals that appeared in this selfie are clearly no ordinary people. True enough, they are part of a professional crew from Ropequest Sdn. Bhd. who is specialized in cleaning and maintenance for high rise building. This particular selfie was taken when the crew is working on KL Tower’s aircraft obstruction light recently.
While the graduation selfie at UiTM cause so much trouble for its creator, we are not sure if TM (the owner of KL Tower) have any issues with Ropequest’s snapping selfies at the very top of KL Tower though. Nevertheless, this might be the highest selfie taken in Kuala Lumpur at the moment.
