Honor Malaysia is turning one soon and in celebration of their first anniversary here, the company is going to launch not only one, but two of its latest flagship devices – the Honor 6 Plus and Honor 4C. The company just sent out an invitation to the launch of both devices, which will be happening on 28 April 2015.
The Honor 6 Plus was announced in December last year. It packs some of the latest and greatest hardware under its hood such as a 5.5” Full HD IPS display by JDI, Kirin 925 octa-core processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable storage, dual-LTE and dual-SIM support, and a large 3600mAh battery.
But what makes the Honor 6 Plus stand out isn’t the specs alone. It features two camera sensors at the back to let it capture better pictures. Don’t be confused by HTC’s Duo Camera setup though, the Honor 6 Plus packs two 8MP sensors at the back that are almost perfectly symmetrical. This allows for the sensors to work in symmetry to lock focus faster, capture depth information, and allows for faster exposure shifts.
To top it off, the Honor 6 Plus also has other camera technologies on board for an exceptional camera performance such as 0.1s focus lock, faster HDR image capture, and an upscaling feature that combines information from the two 8MP sensors into a 13MP image.

As for the Honor 4C, the device isn’t official yet, but according to GSMArena, it is a mid-range device that features a 5” 720p display with a pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by a 1.2GHz octa-core Kirin 620 processor with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage (expandable up to 32GB via microSD). Other specs include a 13MP rear camera, 5MP selfie camera, runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box with Emotion 3.0 UI, dual-SIM support, and has a 2,550mAh battery on board.
