Telekom Malaysia Berhad’s (TM) IPTV service, HyppTV, has collaborated with Enjoy TV Holding Sdn. Bhd to officially launch ‘Hao Xiang Shopping TV’. This 24-hour high-definition shopping TV will be aired on Channel 122 on HyppTV.
The Hao Xiang Shopping TV channel is available in HD and it will be running for 24-hours daily. Seeing it is a local Chinese shopping TV channel, English subtitles will be available for those who wish to shop but do not understand Chinese. As an added convenience for the consumer, the channel is part of HyppTV’s Free-To-Air (FTA) channel and is also available on the HyppTV Everywhere mobile app.
The channel offers more than 300 products, ranging in different categories from fashion apparels to household appliances. In terms of customer service and delivery, there is a an in-house call centre and logistic team to ensure smooth payment and efficient delivery. Customers should note that a seven day return warranty applies to every purchase made on the channel.
Hao Xiang Shopping TV is currently offering an exclusive VIP membership and a RM500 discount voucher for the first 1,000 HyppTV customers who purchase items from the shopping channel before the end of May 2015. However, the RM500 voucher is distributed in twenty RM25 e-vouchers, meaning only one RM25 discount voucher can be used for each purchase. Also, those who are quick will be eligible for the lucky draw contest that starts on 23 May 2015.
The new channel was officially launched by Jeremy Kung, the Executive Vice President of New Media and TM, and Sam Yap, the Chairman of Enjoy TV Holding Sdn. Bhd. Also present at the launch was Chen Jian, the International Channel Director of China’s Jiang Su Broadcasting Corporation Group, Regine, Hao Xiang Shopping TV’s advisor, as well as well-known fortune teller, Master Chiang Bo-Le.
