This may be one of the biggest leaks of the upcoming HTC One M9. In the three leaked videos, the M9 is extensively detailed, showcasing the next version of Sense UI, the new theming options, the camera’s performance, and a slew of other neat features.
Out of three leaked videos, one of them is basically an overview of the new One M9. Among the features that are showcased include a body with a two-tone metal finish, theming capability, a contextual home widget that displays different apps according to your location, and a front-facing UltraPixel camera that is claimed to have good low-light performance.
Interestingly, there is also a new on-screen button added. Judging by the appearance of the icon, we suspect it’s a button to lock the phone. This should make it much easier to lock the phone rather than to reach for physical lock button that is now placed on the side of the One M9.
The other videos detail the camera performance of the One M9 and how the photo editing feature works. It also shows how the different functionalities of the phone can be useful in day to day usage. The 20MP rear camera does seem promising based on the videos, but as these are essentially promotional materials, it’s wise to be at least a little cynical of the actual performance.
The HTC One M9 will be unveiled on the 1st of March at MWC 2015. But with so many details of the One M9 already leaked, does HTC still have anything new to unveil at the event?
