Google’s biggest event of the year, I/O 2015 has just gotten an official date. The event is set for May the 28th and 29th at the Moscone Center West and it even has a website already up and running.
Google I/O is an annual developer conference where developers get together to bask in the latest that Google has to offer. Product launches can also be seen at the conference; Android L preview, Material Design, Android TV, Android Wear and Android Auto made their first appearance to the public in the past.
With Android L’s development completed, the next phase of Android One could be revealed at I/O 2015, together with an appearance of the Project Ara and Project Tango. Not only that, Google might give developers another surprise at the end of the show, much like what it did at last year’s I/O event with the Google Cardboard.
Registration for the event begins on the 17th of March. The I/O website does not have much information now but the site is a pleasure to visit as it is dressed in the company’s latest material design.
