LG has just announced two new products, a 14-inch laptop called the 14Z950, and a new all-in-one PC with the model name 29V950. Both of these new offerings from LG is powered by the fifth generation Intel Core processors.
Touted as the world’s lightest 14-inch laptop, the 14Z950 tips the scales at only 980g. In terms of thickness, the laptop measures 13.4mm at its thickest point. Other specifications include a fifth generation Intel Core processor, a 14-inch 1080p IPS display, a battery life of up to 10.5 hours, and a HiFi Wolfson chip to deliver high sound quality.
The other new product that LG has unveiled is the 29V950, an all-in-one PC with a curved 29-inch monitor that has a 21:9 aspect ratio. Powered by the new fifth generation Intel Core processors, this all-in-one should provide sufficient processing power for everyday tasks.
This all-in-one can also be accessed remotely via LG’s very own HomeDrive. Anything stored on the PC can be accessed on a mobile device from any location with the HomeDrive app. In addition to that, the 29V950 also doubles as a television set; a reboot isn’t necessary to switch between PC and TV mode as well. Pretty convenient.
These two new products will be made available in key markets (which are not specified) including South Korea and countries in South America. No retail price has been given yet by LG.
