Now that we know that Android 5.0.1 is in the works – the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Note Edge are rumoured to be updated to Android 5.0.1 directly, how will the latest Android version look on an HTC One (M8) with Sense 6.0 on board? LlabTooFeR has got some screenshots and videos to show us just that.
According to the leaked screenshots, the version tested is based on software number 4.1x ROM running the latest Android 5.0.1 (LRX22C) version. Like the previous leak based on Android 5.0 Lollipop, Sense 6.0 with Lollipop now has a Google Material Design language, looking much flatter than before. LlabTooFeR says that the most noticeable changes are on the notification panel and multitasking screen.
Android Lollipop also brings several new features to the HTC One (M8), one of which is a new “Easy Mode” that, well, makes the phone easier to use with big icons placed on the homescreen for easy access. Other new things includes a search bar for the Settings menu, and new features on Accessibility section – “Color inversion”, “Color correction” and “High Contrast text”. Check these new features out in the videos below that are shared by LlabTooFeR.
