Windows Phones owner will be delighted to know that Microsoft has just introduced the Gestures Beta app. This app is available for download from today onwards and it enables you to answer, mute, and turn the on speaker phone without even touching the screen.
The Gestures Beta app allows you to do several things by using very simple gestures that are pretty intuitive. To answer a call, just hold the phone against your ear and the app will recognise it. If you would like to share your conversation with other people, simply put your phone on a flat surface and the app would activate speaker mode.

If you’re worried that this app could accidentally activate, don’t be; all of the gestures can be switched on or off. Seeing as how this is only the first release of the app, it can be safely assumed that more features will be implemented in the future.
However, Microsoft has cautioned that certain Lumia Windows Phones will have limited functionality. These include the Lumia 635, Lumia 630 and Lumia 530. Curiously, it did not mention why these models will have limited functionality.
