Those who have missed out on the pre-order for the Meizu MX4 or were sceptical of the overall quality of the phone can now see it physically at selected outlets in Selangor. There are five outlets where a demo unit of the MX4 will be available, namely Klang Parade, Viva Home, IOI Mall, The Mines, and Gogomobile’s outlet in Kota Kemuning.
Previously, the Meizu MX4 was only available online for pre-order from Lazada and gogomobile.com.my. Interested buyers can now purchase the MX4 from the outlets above, or place their order online from Meizu Malaysia’s official Facebook page on the 5th of December when the stocks have arrived. However, do note that the stocks are limited.
In terms of specifications, the Meizu MX4 is powerered by the octa-core MediaTek MT6595 that has four 2.2GHz Cortex-A17 cores and four 1.7GHz Cortex-A7 cores. It also has a 5.36-inch 1920 x 1152 IPS display (aspect ratio of 5:3), 2GB of RAM, and a 3100mAh battery.
While the MX4 has internal storage of up to 64GB, the MX4 entering our market will only come in the 16GB flavour. On the bright side, we are still getting all three choices of colour for the MX4, which are grey, white, and gold.
The MX4 retails at RM1099. Check out the phone for yourself at the outlets above to see if it’s the right Android smartphone for you.
