All IT Hypermart has listed the Razer Nabu on pre-order from 24 November until the end of the month; this coincides with Razer itself announcing the registration of interest for the consumer version of the Nabu. The catch here is that the registration of interest is only applicable to residents of the US.
The pre-order listing has the Nabu going for RM 329, although there is no mention of when the device will be made available. As one of the most anticipated new fitness bands, the Nabu will undoubtedly draw a lot of potentially buyers who want to get in on the action.
A representative from Razer has stated that the company does not have any Nabu units coming to the region in the near future; and nor is it aware of any pre-order deals going on with retailers in Malaysia. Razer is only releasing some 5000 units for the early bird order, all of which are available to Razer Insiders from the US; with pre-orders beginning 2nd December 2014.
One theory is that the Nabu is closer to an official release than we suspect; although that has been dismissed by Razer itself. An easier explanation is that All IT Hypermart is simply getting a head start on gauging consumer interests before the arrival of the actual product.
