iOS 8 is a beautiful mobile operating system from Apple and it brings some interesting features like Continuity, but when it was first released, it raised a whole load of problem. One of the worst was how the update slowed down older iOS devices like the iPhone 4s and iPad 2, and if you’re one of the ones suffering from a laggy device, check it for an update now.
Apple has just released iOS 8.1.1 to users. It’s a minor update, but Apple says that it will improve performance on older A5-powered device – the iPhone 4s and iPad 2. The update is available for all iOS devices and also includes the usual bug fixes.
It’s a small file and is available over the air, so check your supported iPhone, iPad and iPod touch for a Software Update – it’s inside the Settings app > General.
