Finally, Instagram has just released an update for its Android and iOS app, allowing users to edit their posts. If you’re one of those who makes mistakes because you were in a hurry to share that photo, you no longer need to delete the entire post just for a silly typo.
The latest Instagram version will allow you to easily and quickly edit the captions on your posts. Located beneath your image, just tap and make the necessary changes without losing all the likes and comments you’ve received.
In addition to that, the update also comes with an improved Explore tab that makes it easier to find people you want to follow. The Explore icon on the bottom of the screen has been changed to a magnifying glass. When you open that, there will be two tabs – Photos and People. Photos tab remains the same, and the new People tab will highlight interesting accounts for you to discover.
The update will be rolled out today to iOS (Instagram version 6.2), as well as for Android devices (Instagram version 6.10), so if you don’t see the update already, keep checking into your respective app store for that much awaited for update.
