MSI’s newest gaming laptop will definitely raise some eyebrows as the company tries to fix a long standing issue with these kinds of machines. Installing a mechanical keyboard should, in theory, improve the experience of gaming on a mobile machine. With that being said, the new GT80 Titan will be a whopping 18-inch gargantuan.
Equipped with Cherry Brown MX switches, the keys should provide the best possible clicky experience on a keyboard; without making too much noise. More importantly, it will definitely make gaming a whole lot more fun; and just typing for that matter. One thing to note is that the keypad has not received the mechanical key treatment, but that really shouldn’t matter in this case.
Few other details about the GT80 Titan have been made public. Although Tom’s Hardware managed to squeeze out that it will also feature SLI.
