Now that Android 5.0 Lollipop is official, what will the “Easter egg” be this time round? A Flappy Bird-like game of course.
According to a developer preview of Android 5.0 Lollipop, if you open up the Android Easter egg buried deep within the Settings menu, it will bring you to an 8-bit world, whereby you are supposed to guide an Android mascot through a series of lollipop obstacles. Granted it’s still a developer’s preview, but there’s no reason for Google to change it in the final build, right?
Android 5.0 Lollipop is scheduled to be released in the coming weeks, and will be heading to Google Nexus devices first. If you’re one of those who can’t get enough of Flappy Bird, when you get Android Lollipop on your device, just head on to the settings menu, scroll to About Phone, find the Android version, and give it a few taps.
