Say hello to the new Google Nexus 6. Built by Motorola, it is one of the first device to officially run on the new Android 5.0 Lollipop which is formerly known as Android L.
Comes with a 5.96-inch 1440×2560 (also known as Quad HD) AMOLED display, the Nexus 6 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor that features a 2.7GHz quad-core Krait CPU and Adreno 420 GPU. The LTE-enabled smartphone is also equipped with 3GB of RAM and consumers have the option to obtain the device with internal storage of either 32GB or 64GB.
Photography-wise, there is a 13-megapixels Sony IMX 214 image sensor on Nexus 6’s rear camera that also features a F2.0 lens, Optical Image Stabilization, and ring flash with dual LEDs. Alongside the 4x digital zoom and HDR+ capabilities, Nexus 6’s rear camera is able to shoot in 4K resolution.
Furthermore, the new Nexus 6 also comes with a 2-megapixels front camera, dual front facing speakers and a huge 3220mAh battery. Motorola has also included a Turbo Charger with each Nexus 6 that allows the smartphone to obtain up to 6 hours of battery life just by 15 minute worth of charging.

As expected, pre-order for Nexus 6 will first take place at Google Play Store on 29 October ahead of its release through US carriers in November. Over there, it will carry a price tag of USD 649 (RM 2128) for the 32GB model while the 64GB variant is priced at USD 699 (RM 2291).
No release information have been confirmed for other region at the time being but nevertheless, Motorola has stated that it has planned to release the device in 28 countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America.
