Love the HTC One (M8) and everything it has got to offer including the cool dual cameras, and the sleek and sexy aluminum build, but hate how the camera has only a 4MP sensor? No worries, it has been rumored that the Taiwanese company is working on a 13MP version of the HTC One (M8) called the HTC One (M8) Eye, and it looks like it will be launched as early as next month.
According to new rumors, the HTC One (M8) Eye will be in stores before the end of October. The device will be just like the HTC One (M8) that we all love, but will pack a 13MP dual camera instead of the 4MP Ultrapixel one. The camera will function just like the one in the original HTC One (M8) including a depth-sensing ability on the second camera at the back.
The M8 Eye though is rumored to come with a slightly larger display of 5.2” (the One (8) has a 5” display) with a 1080p resolution. Apart from the display size, everything else should be the same including 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, 2GB of RAM, Adreno 330 GPU, Android 4.4 with HTC Sense 6.0 skin, Zoe Camera with Duo Effects, and more.
HTC One (M8) with a 13MP duo camera at the back anyone? This is definitely something we’re looking forward to.
